Dedicated Aluminum Repair Area

Our facility includes a fully isolated aluminum repair area designed specifically for today’s advanced aluminum‑bodied vehicles. This controlled environment prevents cross‑contamination from steel particles and allows our certified technicians to perform structural and cosmetic aluminum repairs using manufacturer‑approved tools, equipment, and repair methods.

Computerized Estimating & Digital Imaging

We use advanced computerized estimating systems, including CCC Pathways and the ADP Estimating Platform, to produce accurate, detailed repair assessments. Our team also utilizes digital imaging to document vehicle damage thoroughly, ensuring precise estimates and providing complete support for any supplemental repair requests.

 

Standard Frame Department

We’ve invested in some of the most advanced frame and unibody repair technology available, allowing our frame department to stand among the best in the industry. Our facility is equipped to handle today’s complex vehicle structures with precision, accuracy, and manufacturer‑approved repair methods.

Our Frame & Unibody Equipment Includes:

Mechanical Department

Our state‑of‑the‑art facility is equipped with advanced systems to support precise mechanical and safety‑related repairs. We utilize a Hunter computerized four‑wheel alignment rack for accurate suspension and alignment work, along with R‑12 and R‑134a A/C recharging and recycling systems to properly service all air‑conditioning requirements.

All airbag and ABS repairs are performed by I‑CAR Certified Technicians, ensuring every safety system is restored to factory standards. When needed, we employ computerized diagnostic testing systems to accurately identify issues and verify that all vehicle systems are functioning correctly before delivery.

Refinishing Department

We use the finest R‑M Diamont basecoat/clearcoat and solid single‑stage paint systems, ensuring exceptional durability, color accuracy, and long‑lasting gloss. Our facility is equipped with the Smart Track Two computerized color‑matching program, featuring an advanced color‑imaging scanner designed to match even the most challenging and complex finishes.

This technology, combined with our ultra‑modern mixing equipment and downdraft heated paint booth, allows us to deliver a perfectly matched, factory‑quality finish every time. Clean & Detail Department

Every vehicle is thoroughly washed before entering the paint process to ensure a clean, dust‑free surface for optimal adhesion and finish quality. Towing Department: We use the services of Brothers Towing fully equipped to handle any type of towing and recovery and provides 24-hour towing services. To have your vehicle towed to Ryan’s Auto Body contact Brothers Towing at (732) 229-3333. Storage of Damaged Vehicles: Our Storage Facility is completely fenced, lighted, alarmed and Video Monitored. Our storage area has the capability to securely store well over 75 vehicles.
